me: (not bothering to correct the perception that I'm Anglican) Certainly.

yl: what do you think about spiritual people? I mean, I'm not religious, but I'm probably more spiritual than even, like, you.

me: how do you mean?

yl: ?? How can you ask me that?! (walks away.)
